Our Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions
>All our Rates are Exclusive of 10% BST and 10% Service Charge.
>All the extra needs to be settled directly by the guest at the time of check–out unless otherwise specified by the Agent (via email/WhatsApp to reservation +975-77606162).
>No outside food and drinks are allowed.
>Complimentary WIFI and parking are available. Responsibilities for damaged or misplaced items will incur charges.
>Our farm is a non-smoking environment with a strict no-cooking policy in rooms.
>We are proud to feature a range of exclusive rooms for your stay.

FOC Policy:
> 1 room free, if there are 10 rooms booking
Reservation Policy:
>Reservation should be done by writing via email to: thehappinessfarm2023@gmail.com.
>Verbal communication for reservation will not be valid.
> Secure your room with a 50% advance payment, with the balance due 15 days before arrival.
> Full payment is required for bookings within 15 days of arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
> 50% charge for cancellations within 20 days of arrival.
> 100% charge for cancellations within 10 days of arrival.
Billing and Payment Policy:
>All bills raised by the hotel will be in Nu.
>Payment via bank transfer or mBOB has to be intimated to The Happiness Farm reservation/Accounts via email/WhatsApp +975-77606162 to ensure to collect the receipt.
No Show Policy:
>100% of the invoice amount will be charged on No show.
>A reservation is considered a ‘No show’ if the arrival does not occur on the date reserved and the Hotel is not informed in writing of any emergency delay.
Occupancy Policy:
>Maximum number of persons per room two (2) only.
Child Policy:
>Children under the age of 1 years are given complementary. Children between 2-7 years will be charged 50% on the meal plan & extra bed charges will be applicable on request at 1000.
> Children above 10 years will be charged 100% on the meal plan and for the extra bed.
